New columns have been added, including “Recordings” (A count of recordings for each session) and “Timers” (A count of timers for each session), as well as a stand-alone “Meters” column.Ī Greatly Enhanced Global Window, Too Audio Hijack’s global window optionally lives in the menu bar, providing access to the app even when it’s in the background.Sorting is no longer limited to the “Name” column, with sorting based on all relevant columns now possible. The exact columns the window shows can be customized. In particular, the “Meters” column can be resized from 5 to 30 bars wide.Further improvements are expected for the future.Ī Greatly Enhanced “Session List” Window The Session List window, which contains all previously saved sessions, now works more like a familiar Finder window. Some small graphical glitches related to undelete animations have been fixed. Several minor graphical glitches related to text fields have been fixed. Issues with the count of recordings not being accurate at all times have been corrected.

When multiple sessions are selected, the “Delete Session” control now correctly reads “Delete Sessions”. The width of the Sessions List window can now be adjusted by resizing any columns, as well as by showing or hiding columns from the view options button in the upper right. Standard horizontal resizing is no longer incorrectly allowed in the Session List window, fixing issues which could result in subpar layouts. The Sessions Lists window once again correctly handles long lists, fixing a regression seen in 4.1.0 where the window contents could scroll in a jerky fashion, skipping past sessions when the list grew too large. Resuming a recording after pausing will once again always work as expected, fixing a regression in Audio Hijack 4.1.0.
